1. Delivery methods We offer two ways for you to receive your purchases:

Home delivery: Managed through the SEUR and Correos España agencies.

In-store pickup: You can pick up your order physically at our store. For this option, it is an essential requirement to have completed and paid for the purchase in advance through the website.
2. Shipping costs

Peninsular Spain: Shipping is free for orders of €55 or more. For orders from €0 to €54.99, the standard rate is €5.50.

Canary Islands: The shipping cost is €12.99.
3. Delivery times The estimated delivery time for national shipments is 2 business days. Please note that orders are processed at the end of the day, when the transport agency collects the packages from our store.
4. Tracking and Notifications Once the delivery person collects the orders from our store, the transport agency (SEUR or Correos) will contact you directly to coordinate the delivery and provide you with the necessary information regarding the status of your package. For our part, you will receive a confirmation when the order has been handed over to the carrier, but the management of final delivery communication is handled by the courier company.
